RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

FULL CASHBACK if the product is unworn. Ship it back to us with the original tag attached to the jewelry, packaging, certificate and in the same condition as delivered by TheTrueRichesOfHeaven , within 3 days of delivery.

For international shipments (i.e. outside USA) pre-paid tax is non-refundable and the free return label option is not available.

You cannot return a product if it has been re-sized, repaired or exchanged.

If an item includes complimentary gifts from TheTrueRichesOfHeaven, the customer is expected to return the gifts along with the original purchased item.

EXCHANGE POLICY

You can exchange your merchandise within 5 days of purchase to any item you like.

If merchandise your are exchanging to, cost more then original purchased one, you will have to cover the difference of new item you are exchanging to, however if cost is less then price you paid , we will issue a store credit of the amount of the difference. Store credit will never expire and can be used for any merchandise from our store.
